1. Điều kiện Sử dụng

Bằng việc thêm hoặc sử dụng Hrv Rero Bot, bạn xác nhận rằng:

→Bạn đủ 13 tuổi trở lên, theo đúng quy định của Discord (Discord Terms of Service §2).
→Bạn có đủ thẩm quyền để thêm Bot vào máy chủ (quyền Manage Server hoặc Administrator).
→Bạn đã đọc và đồng ý với toàn bộ các điều khoản này cùng với Chính sách Bảo mật.
→Bạn tuân thủ các quy định hiện hành của Discord và pháp luật Việt Nam.

2. Quy tắc Ứng xử

Nghiêm cấm các hành vi sau khi sử dụng Bot:

Quấy rối & Spam

Sử dụng các lệnh như h!say, h!ship, h!hug liên tục để spam, ping hoặc quấy rối người dùng khác.

Nội dung độc hại

Dùng lệnh h!dm, h!say hoặc bất kỳ lệnh nào để phát tán tin rác, quảng cáo trái phép, nội dung NSFW, Gore hoặc liên kết độc hại.

Lạm dụng hệ thống

Khai thác lỗi (bug exploit), hack tiền, nhân bản vật phẩm hoặc cố ý gây bất ổn cho hệ thống kinh tế của Bot.

RMT (Real-Money Trading)

Mua bán vật phẩm, tiền tệ trong Bot bằng tiền thật hoặc các tài sản có giá trị thực tế khác.

Đe dọa & Tung tin sai

Đe dọa đội ngũ phát triển, lan truyền thông tin sai lệch về Bot hoặc Hrv Team.

3. Dữ liệu & Quyền riêng tư

Chúng tôi thu thập và xử lý một số dữ liệu cần thiết để vận hành Bot. Vui lòng xem Chính sách Bảo mật để biết chi tiết.

Quyền xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bằng cách liên hệ qua Server hỗ trợ. Sau khi xóa, quyền truy cập vào các tính năng của Bot sẽ bị thu hồi.

4. Điều khoản Premium

Xác minh giao dịch

Mọi giao dịch Premium đều được kiểm tra và xác minh thủ công. Tính năng sẽ được cấp trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khi xác nhận thanh toán thành công.

Chính sách hoàn tiền

Bạn có thể yêu cầu hoàn tiền trong vòng 7 (bảy) ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán nếu dịch vụ không như mong đợi. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền sau 7 ngày sẽ không được chấp nhận, trừ trường hợp lỗi do phía chúng tôi.

Không hoàn tiền trong các trường hợp

Vi phạm Điều khoản này dẫn đến khóa tài khoản; tự ý đổi sang dịch vụ tương đương khác sau 7 ngày; yêu cầu sau khi đã sử dụng phần lớn dịch vụ.

5. Đình chỉ & Chấm dứt

Chúng tôi có quyền đình chỉ hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập của bạn vào Bot mà không cần thông báo trước nếu:

✕Bạn vi phạm bất kỳ điều khoản nào trong tài liệu này.
✕Hành vi của bạn gây hại đến người dùng khác hoặc hệ thống của Bot.
✕Bot phát hiện hoạt động gian lận hoặc khai thác lỗi.
✕Có yêu cầu hợp pháp từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

6. Giới hạn Trách nhiệm & Tranh chấp

Hrv Rero Bot được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” (as-is). Chúng tôi không đảm bảo dịch vụ hoạt động liên tục, không lỗi hoặc đáp ứng mọi kỳ vọng.

Giải quyết tranh chấp

Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng Bot trước tiên phải được giải quyết thông qua liên lạc trực tiếp với Hrv Team. Nếu không thể giải quyết bằng thương lượng, các bên đồng ý áp dụng pháp luật Việt Nam và đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

Hrv Team không chịu trách nhiệm về các thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu, hoặc thiệt hại ngoài tầm kiểm soát hợp lý.

1. Eligibility

By adding or using Hrv Rero Bot, you confirm that:

→You are at least 13 years of age, per Discord's Terms of Service (§2).
→You have sufficient authority to add the Bot to a server (Manage Server or Administrator permission).
→You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
→You comply with Discord's current guidelines and applicable law.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Harassment & Spam

Using commands such as h!say, h!ship, or h!hug repetitively to spam, mass-ping, or harass other users.

Harmful Content

Using any bot command to distribute spam, unauthorized advertisements, NSFW/Gore content, or malicious links.

System Abuse

Exploiting bugs, duplicating currency or items, or deliberately destabilizing the Bot's economy system.

Real-Money Trading (RMT)

Trading in-bot items, currency, or services for real-world money or equivalents.

Threats & Misinformation

Threatening the development team or spreading false information about the Bot or Hrv Team.

3. Data & Privacy

We collect and process certain data necessary to operate the Bot. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Right to Erasure

You may request data deletion via our Support Server at any time. Upon deletion, access to Bot features will be revoked.

4. Premium Terms

Transaction Verification

All Premium transactions are manually reviewed and verified. Features will be granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of payment if the service does not meet your expectations. Refund requests after 7 days will not be honored, except in cases of service failure attributable to us.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Violation of these Terms resulting in account suspension; switching to an equivalent service after 7 days; requests made after substantial use of the service.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:

✕You violate any provision of these Terms.
✕Your conduct is harmful to other users or the Bot's systems.
✕Fraudulent activity or bug exploitation is detected.
✕Required by competent legal authority.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

Hrv Rero Bot is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the service will meet all expectations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Bot shall first be resolved through direct communication with the Hrv Team. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to apply Vietnamese law and submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Vietnam.

Hrv Team shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages beyond reasonable control.
