1. Thu thập Dữ liệu

Chúng tôi thu thập hai loại dữ liệu chính:

Dữ liệu chủ động (do bạn cung cấp)

Thông tin bạn nhập khi sử dụng các lệnh của Bot. Không phải lệnh nào cũng lưu dữ liệu bạn nhập.

Dữ liệu tự động (theo chính sách Discord)

  • Tên hiển thị và tên tài khoản Discord
  • ID tài khoản (User ID)
  • Tên máy chủ và ID máy chủ (Server ID)

2. Sử dụng Dữ liệu

Dữ liệu thu thập được sử dụng để:

  • 1Cung cấp tính năng, thống kê và bảng xếp hạng (Leaderboard).
  • 2Phân tích hệ thống để hiểu cách người dùng tương tác với Bot.
  • 3Cải thiện trải nghiệm: giảm thiểu lỗi, tối ưu hóa tính năng theo nhu cầu.
  • 4Xử lý và ghi nhớ cấu hình, tiến trình (Economy, Level, Server Config).

3. Chia sẻ Dữ liệu

Chúng tôi cam kết không chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào. Dữ liệu chỉ lưu chuyển nội bộ trong hệ thống máy chủ thuộc quyền sở hữu của Hrv Team.

Ngoại lệ duy nhất: khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

4. Lưu trữ & Bảo mật

  • Loại dữ liệu lưu trữ

    Lịch sử giao dịch (Economy), cấp độ XP, cấu hình máy chủ, danh sách cấm.

  • Bảo mật

    Dữ liệu được lưu tại môi trường an toàn, mã hóa khi cần thiết. Chỉ thành viên được ủy quyền trong Hrv Team mới có quyền truy cập.

  • Thời gian lưu trữ

    Dữ liệu được lưu trong suốt thời gian bạn sử dụng Bot. Sau khi xóa, dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn.

5. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có các quyền sau đối với dữ liệu của mình:

  • →Quyền truy cập: Yêu cầu xem dữ liệu chúng tôi đang lưu về bạn.
  • →Quyền xóa: Yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu của bạn bất cứ lúc nào.
  • →Quyền phản đối: Từ chối một số hình thức xử lý dữ liệu nhất định.
Để thực hiện các quyền trên, hãy liên hệ qua Server hỗ trợ hoặc tạo ticket. Lưu ý: Sau khi xóa dữ liệu, bạn sẽ không thể tiếp tục sử dụng các tính năng của Bot.

Hello! If you're using Hrv Rero Bot, we want to be transparent about how we handle your information. Our sole purpose is to deliver the best user experience, and transparency is the foundation of that.

1. Data Collection

We collect two types of data:

User-Provided Data

Information you explicitly provide when using bot commands. Not all commands store your input.

Automatically Collected Data

  • Display name and username
  • User ID
  • Server name and Server ID

2. Data Usage

We use collected data to:

  • 1Provide core functionalities, statistics, and leaderboards.
  • 2Analyze usage patterns to improve system stability.
  • 3Tailor the experience to be bug-free and relevant to your server.
  • 4Process and store progress (Economy, XP, Server Config).

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. Data is only processed within servers owned and managed by the Hrv Team.

Exception: when legally required by competent authorities under applicable law.

4. Storage & Security

  • Data Types

    Transaction history (Economy), XP levels, server configurations, and ban lists.

  • Security

    Data is stored in a secure, encrypted environment. Access is restricted to authorized Hrv Team members only.

  • Retention

    Data is retained for the duration of your use of the Bot. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed.

5. Your Rights

You maintain the following rights regarding your data:

  • →Right of Access: Request to view the data we hold about you.
  • →Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your data at any time.
  • →Right to Object: Opt out of certain forms of data processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the Support Server or create a ticket. Note: Deleting your data will revoke access to the Bot's services.
